Memory:

Network Adapter:
All Android tablet PCs are WIFI ready and most it are installed with an 802.11b/g wireless network adapter that has a range of 100 ft to 150 ft.
Battery:
Most are having a built in li-ion battery that allow us to browse the screen from 5 hours (WIFI off) to 6 hours (WIFI on). But there is one new tablet PC that has removable battery, it's the Witstech A81E that is run by the latest Android 2.2.
Weight:

Operating System:
There are a multiple array of mobile operating systems currently available. Currently the biggest selling mobile operating system is Symbian OS, and smaller rivals include Android, Blackberry OS, iOS and Windows Mobile. In the 2nd Quarter of 2010, the smartphones running under Android operating system were ranked first among the smartphone OS.
