The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is a phone that you won't mind showing off. It offers a sleek, curved design that is very pleasing to the eye. The agronomical design fits perfect in the hand. The case of this device is finished in black or white.
The phone is a little larger and heavier then the Vivaz, measuring 52 x 15 x 107mm and weighing only 117 grams. However, it doesn't scrimp when it comes to the display, it offers a 3.2 inch LCD resistive touch screen with a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels and a stunning 16 million colors.

Unfortunately, the screen doesn't seem to be very responsive, forcing you to tap areas on the display several times. However, the Pro has a decent keyboard making it easy to type on.... too bad the on-screen keyboard isn't that good.
Even though the Pro has 3 mega pixels less then the original Vivaz, you still get all the great features like touch focus and auto focus along with face and smile detection, LED flash, geo-tagging and video calling. What sets this one apart from the rest is the HD video recording resolution at 720p (D1 at 720 x 480) along with a video light and continuous auto focusing.
All you music lovers will have a lot to be happy about. The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro comes with media players for MP4 and H.264, H.263 video codecs and MP3, WMA, WAV and eAAC+ audio file formats with Track ID music recognition. There is also an FM radio with RDS, the popular 3.5mm audio jack and Bluetooth A2DP for wireless stereo listening and TV-out port for external TV or monitors.

We thought the Vivaz Pro had an excellent look and a great design and we were quite impressed with the slide out keyboard.
We were slightly disappointed in the touch screen; at times it was not very responsive at all.
However, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro seems to be a great mobile phone. It offers a very fast processor that keeps things running smoothly. It has a great screen and an easy to use slide out keyboard. The Pro is also a great entertainment and communication device. It offers speedy web connections, social networking features as well as good email and messaging support.
